Power Nutrition: Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS IN THE UNITED STATES
We ship your purchases using United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
If your selection is in stock, we will ship it out within the next business day. If out of stock, your order will generally ship within 7 business days. You will be notified if there is a longer delay regarding your order.
Power Nutrition ships Monday through Friday. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday except on recognized holidays.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have NOT gone by since your purchase and you are not 100% satisfied with a Magnum Nutraceuticals product you can return it and get a full refund or exchange the item for another product of equal or lessor value (product must still be a minimum 70% full).
To be eligible for a return it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be returned to our retail location or sent to Power Nutrition, 4420 N. 14th, Lincoln, NE 68521.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original container, is damaged for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 30 days after purchase
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
Please note there is often processing time involved before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve allowed some time for your refund to post to your account and still have not received your refund please check with your credit card company or bank before contacting us.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email and reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is approved you can then return the product.
To return your product, you should ship your product to: Power Nutrition, 4420 N. 14th, Lincoln, NE, 68521.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please prepare the items by putting them in a shipping box, sealing it and affixing the appropriate postage.
The time may vary on how long it takes for your exchanged product to reach you (it’s dependent on where you’re having the product shipped).
We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item. Therefore, if you’re shipping a product over $75 in value you should consider having the package tracked or purchasing shipping insurance.
